You Said It

Right before heading off to sleep...this quote came into my inbox:

Even after all these years, running continues to amaze me. Mostly in its ability to clarify - to make things OK and bring you back down to earth, even when things are insane. Especially when things are insane.

What about when things are beyond insane. Like insane that's gone insane?

Insane that has gone insane...I laughed at this because I TOTALLY hear you. I am just hoping that insanity exist on a circle. That you get insane after about 180 degrees, and then after another 180, you are back to normal. Well, at least that is how I create my own visuals to get through the fracas of life. And the whole running thing helps getting one back to 360 degrees...why I miss it so. And miss you.

I think running helps then, too. The problem is, when you're running insanity beyond insanity is washed away, it's when you stop that it returns... I wish the effects lasted a bit longer in times like these... did that make sense? I'm not really making sense with my words these days.
